Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/exchange the product. Items which have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

ECLECTIQUE is NOT Liable to pay the return shipping charges and you’ll have to bear the same. The cost of return shipping for exchange need to incurred by you.
Do not ship the item back to us until and unless you’ve had a clear go-ahead from us by email. Otherwise, we are not liable for the loss of your package. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 15 to 20 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within two days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
ECLECTIQUE’S RESPONISIBITILIES
In case the original product is no longer available, the customer may be requested to select a similar alternate product of the same price or less. If you choose a more expensive one during the exchange, then the additional payment must be cleared with ECLECTIQUE beforehand. Once this is cleared, we will move ahead with the new shipment.
Apart from the above, ECLECTIQUE is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchanges or credit. ECLECTIQUE has the sole discretion to assess each case separately and shall take necessary action at its discretion.
